Čaks Kulakovs Posted January 2, 2011 Report Share Posted January 2, 2011 Preču sūtījumiem, ko privātpersona no trešās valsts sūta citai privātpersonai Latvijā ar nosacījumu, ka šāda nosūtīšana nav komerciāla, tas ir, kā dāvanu, arī turpmāk tiks saglabāts līdzšinējais atbrīvojums no muitas nodokļa un PVN - ne muitas nodoklis, ne PVN nebūs jāmaksā, ja preces vērtība sūtījumā nepārsniegs 45 eiro.
