Saprotams, ka klientam vienmēr ir taisnība, bet ja cilvēkam ir švaki nervi, tad taisnību viņam neredzēt kā savas ausis! Tādā tonī un apvainojuma formā, kā viņš runā, neviens supports viņam nepalīdzēs! Es apbrīnoju tehnisko darbinieku - tādu mieru saglabāt visu laiku!
