Hello. I cant find anywhere information about that and that why im posting here. I have war3 server and if someone buy scroll then he will respawn but he on spectator and can kill everyone. How can i fix it?

Nope. If someone dont understand what i want then look this : http://bans.zvgclan.lv/ban_list.php there is BANID before Date and i want know how they get BANID there
