rusty Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 (edited) jā. da maita dārga - uz 40 ls boulingcentrā. cik zinu no drauga, kas viņas baigais fans. tad pasaules rekords bij ~ 16 k un viņš griež 14,7 k. a cik sekundēs tev tie 12 k? 30, 60, 90? dogy. tu viņu ar diedziņu iegriez no sākuma un tad rokā viņu uz apli mauc un ar, laikam inerces spēku vai kādu tur, viņai uzkačā ātrumu līzd beigās vnk roka ''nolūst'' un kādu brīdi sāp muskuļi. labs vingrinājums delnas un arī pirkstu stiprināšanai. effekts līdzīgs kā tai bumbiņai ko jāspaida rokā, tikai šis ir kas jautrāks. ~ jeyna ~ Posted February 27, 2008 Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 (edited) 11k ( ar kaut kādiem komatiem ) sanāca. Atceros, ka pirksti bija tūznās, kad šitas bija "MODĒ". PS: atceros vēl, ka kad jau rokas bija nodrāztas izmantojām cimdu ( nejau orģinālo, bet kkur atrastu svaru zāles ), kurš normāli slīdēja un sasitām ļoti jauki modificētu 3l ūdenspīpi. :( PPS: nē, diršu. man pašam nebija 11k, 11k bija labākais no mūs "BARA".
