General format of the cup 1.1. Cup will consist of 2 phases, first one will be group stage, 4 groups with 4 teams, second single elimination play-off. 1.2. Team limit 16. 1.3. Ballout of the participants will be made once the registration is closed. 1.4. Organisators are able to make primary sowing of the participants in tournament grid. 2. Group stage 2.1. When the registration is closed, starts ballout of the teams in the groups. 2.2. Maps from our map pool can be taken once for each opponent. In case that opponents got chosen two identical maps, for example cp_granary and cp_granary, they can contact administrator, after they can change one of the maps, by eliminating maps from map pool. 2.3. From the group stage two teams who rank first and second place respectively promote to play-off stage, in the case of equal points between the teams, the decision will be made according to the results of the game between these two teams, and if there is a tie, than these teams will play a golden map, which will be selected by eliminating maps from the map pool. 2.4. Map pool : cp_badlands, cp_fastlane, cp_freight, cp_granary, cp_gravelpit, cp_gullywash, cp_well, ctf_turbine, cp_yukon. 3. Play-off Stage 3.1. All maps that will be played in the play-off stage are arranged by the administration. 3.2. The team is winning the match when she scored a victory over the enemy on two maps. If each team won 1 map and by the end of the timelimit there is a draw on the 3rd map, the teams play Golden Cap on the same map. 3.4 . Stage maps: 1/4 final ? cp_freight, cp_granary, cp_well. 1/2 final ?cp_gullywash , cp_gravelpit, ctf_turbine. Match for the 3rd place ? cp_badlands, cp_well, cp_fastlane. Final ? cp_badlands, cp_granary, cp_freight. 3.5. Maps should be played in the order in what they are written, so if suddenly instead of cp_gullywash teams play cp_fastlane, and then cp_badlands, the result of cp_fastlane doesn't count. 4. Schedule of the tournament Registration ? 02.11.2009 - 09.11.2009, 20:00 Arranging teams in to the groups - 09.11.2009 Map pick ? 10-13.11.2009 1. group stage - 14-18.11.2009 2. group stage - 19-23.11.2009 3. group stage - 24-28.11.2009 1/4 final - 29.11.2009 - 3.12.2009 1/2 final ? 4-8.12.2009 Match for the 3d place - 9.12.2009 Final - 10.12.2009 4.5. All games should be held within the specified period. The teams themselves should agree with each other on the time, and write about it in the appropriate topic. One representative of each team has to make a status screenshot before a match is starting and after every player switch. Also a scoreboard screenshot has to be done at the end of every map. All relevant screenshots have to be uploaded by one team leader and placed in the relevant subject. 4.6. Teams that can't arrange the game date, will play the game on the default date. 4.7. Administration can change scedule time in the way that none of teams will suffer from it. 4.8. Default time for the games is 20:00. (CET +1) 4.9. All games are held on two servers provided by the Administration. If these servers are busy or are not suitable for the ping, games can be conducted on other servers. 5. Prizes 1st place - 1 MOUSE PAD STEELSERIES I-2 to the best player in the winning team, according to the vote of all players of the tournament + CW server for 2 months + free pub slots on tf2.lv servers for 2 months. 2nd place - CW server for 2 months. 3d place - free pub slots on tf2.lv servers for 2 months. Vnk ja viss ir krieviski un komūna sastāv parsvarā no kreivu tautības cilvēkiem, kāpēc ir rakstīts Latvian TF2 Community.
